The de-stress exercise is specially designed for the purpose of coping and managing stress, it is advisable to practice before bed time. Another name of this exercise is also known as breathe awareness. We will never know how and when we will feel stress. Every day we go through our daily life, there may be something that stresses us without us knowing it. The worse is the stress may go to our subconscious mind. So to make sure that we can release the stress from our subconscious mind, this is the exercise that we can do.
